♥No shows will not be able to rebook and will be charged a $60 no show fee aswell as forfeiting deposit made

♥Address will be sent 12 hours prior to appointment with a consent form to fill.

♥ No extra guests

𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧/𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲’𝐬

♥If any changes are brought to my attention 48 hours within your appointment time you will lose your deposit or be charged a $50 cancellation fee to your saved card

♥No shows will be blocked from booking and charged the No-show fee full service fee, if you are further than 25 mins with no message your card is automatically charged

♥ No shows will be charged no show fee (this is already consented to by you when you enter your card details with card capture accepting the policy’s) and blocked from booking. If future appointments are scheduled you will have to pay full service fee as deposit to attend or the appointments will be cancelled

♥there is a 10 minute grace period, meaning you have a 10 minute period from your appointment time to come to the service or it may be cancelled as I am usually back to back. If you are taken and are past 15 minutes late it will incur a late fee

❗️if you are late to the point that I have to reschedule or cancel you will be charged no show fee❗️
Remember it is not our responsibility if you are late. Please plan your trip!

♥ no foreign fills

♥ If you book an infill when you have not booked before I will need to change your appointment to a removal+full set as I do not do foreign fills, if the spot you have selected doesn’t have the allocated time for me to change it to the appropriate appointment your appointment will be temporarily cancelled and you will be contacted to reschedule

1-7 days= 1 week fill
8-14 days= 2 week fill
15-21 days= 3 week fill
22 days + is considered a fullset

No refunds will be issued if you have an issue you can contact me⬇️

♥if you experience any issues with your lashes in the next 48 hours (allergic reaction or fall out)
please contact me within 48 hours to discuss a solution (removal/free fix up) anything after 48 hours I will not be able to fix complementry

♥ Refunds due to cancellations before the 48 hour mark will be received back into your account approximately 5-10 business days after the date on which the refund was initiated.
