♥No shows a $60 no show fee on top of deposit will be charged to your card as forfeiting deposit made. You agree to this when accepting card capture and agreeing to policy’s once booked.
If you are unable to come please be courteous and message in advance.

♥Address will be sent 12 hours prior to appointment with a consent form to fill.

♥ No extra guests

𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧/𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲’𝐬

♥If any changes are brought to my attention 48 hours within your appointment time you will lose your deposit or be charged a $50 cancellation fee to your saved card

♥ 25 mins past your appointment time with no message will be considered a no show and will be charged the fee

♥there is a 10 minute grace period, meaning you have a 10 minute period from your appointment time to come to the service or it may be cancelled as I am usually back to back. Lateness after 25 minutes will incur a late fee if taken on.

♥ Cancellations within 2 hours will incur a $40 cancellation fee

♥ If you book an infill but haven’t had your lashes done by me before, your appointment will need to be changed to a removal + full set, as I don’t take foreign fills. If the time slot you’ve selected doesn’t allow enough time for this service, your appointment will be temporarily cancelled, and I’ll contact you to reschedule.

2-7 days= 1 week fill
8-14 days= 2 week fill
15-21 days= 3 week fill
22 days + is considered a fullset

No refunds will be issued if you have an issue you can contact me⬇️

♥if you experience any issues with your lashes in the next 48 hours (allergic reaction or fall out)
please contact me within 48 hours to discuss a solution (removal/free fix up) anything after 48 hours I will not be able to fix complementry

♥ No refunds will be issued if you are unsatisfied with your final result. I do ask that you let me know before leaving with the lashes attached, and I can remove them and provide a refund at that time.

♥ Refunds due to cancellations before the 48 hour mark will be received back into your account approximately 5-10 business days after the date on which the refund was initiated.
